LICENSE GRANT Purchasing the NEW KINGS PACK lease grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the purchased beat or beats to create and release original musical recordings, subject to the terms of this agreement. PVN MUSICSTORE retains the right to license the same beat to other artists. 2. PERMITTED USES The buyer may: - Record vocals and create original songs using the leased beat. - Release finished songs commercially within the applicable license limits. - Distribute finished songs through digital streaming platforms. - Upload finished songs to YouTube and social media. - Perform finished songs at live shows and events. - Use finished songs in promotional videos. 3. NON-EXCLUSIVITY This lease does not grant exclusive ownership or exclusive usage rights. Producervybenation and PVN MUSICSTORE may continue to sell or license the same beat to other customers. 4. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP - Producervybenation retains ownership of the underlying instrumental composition and original production elements. - The buyer retains rights to their original vocal recordings, subject to applicable law and separate agreements. - The buyer does not acquire ownership of the original instrumental by purchasing this lease. - Any composition or master-recording ownership arrangements beyond these terms must be agreed upon separately in writing. 5. PRODUCER CREDIT Where reasonably possible, credit the producer as: Produced by Producervybenation Available through PVN MUSICSTORE 6. RESTRICTIONS The buyer may not: - Resell or redistribute the original beat as a standalone instrumental. - Claim sole ownership of the original instrumental. - Transfer or sublicense the lease without written permission. - Register the original instrumental alone with YouTube Content ID or another automated rights-management service in a way that conflicts with the producer's rights or other legitimate licensees' rights. 7. LEASE LIMITS The permitted number of streams, sales, music videos, performances, and other usage limits will be determined by the specific lease tier stated on the PVN MUSICSTORE product page. If no numerical limits are specified on the product page, no additional numerical limits are created by this clause. An upgrade to an exclusive license requires a separate purchase and confirmation. 8. DELIVERY The buyer receives the digital files specified on the product page. This lease applies only to the beats included in the confirmed purchase. 9. REFUNDS Refunds are subject to the published store policy and applicable consumer protection laws. 10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this lease agreement. No handwritten signature, artist name, or separate registration is required for acceptance through the purchase process. 11.
